Follow Up: Harry Sparnaay Book Now Available in Digital and Spanish

Recently, I received the below email from noted bass clarinetist Harry Sparnaay concerning his book. Two years ago I mentioned this book in a blog post – read it HERE.

Dear clarinetists,

In spite of the fact that I’m from a generation who loves to have a real book in his hands, it’s clear that my book, Harry Sparnaay – the bass clarinet, containing 260 pages including a CD with a weight of over 1 kilo, has for countries like the USA, Canada, South America, Asia and Australia very high postal mailing costs.

For that reason, I’m very happy to inform you all that the book is, from the 1st of November 2013, also in digital form available by TuttoMusiK ( for only 22.61 euros (including the CD with examples).

That is a BIG difference.

The direct link to the english book is:

And the direct link to the spanish book is:

If despite this, somebody wants to buy the printed book, you can do it through Brotons & Mercadal ( or the publisher PERIFERIA Sheet Music (

Many greetings,
