Should I care about RSS and what is it?

YES! RSS is a fantastic way to read your favorite clarinet (and other) blogs. I  didn’t know what RSS was until recently when I read about it in a music journal. I read up on RSS on the internet and now I use it to easily read my favorite blogs (music, baseball, etc.) on my Yahoo start page. RSS is super cool and powerful – it is VERY worth your time to check it out!

The following two links explain RSS clearly:

Video (glib and fun): http://www.videojug.com/film/rss-in-plain-english

Web Page:  http://www.problogger.net/what-is-rss/

FYI, this ClarinetMike Blog is available on RSS, too! Just click on the RSS Feed RSS – Posts.

One should also mention Google Reader as a invaluable tool to keep track of RSS feeds. And there are several wonder RSS reader apps out there, such as Reeder for Mac and iOS devices.
